The vision of Pier NYC can be credited to brothers Jonathan Hoo and Salvatore Hoo, as well as Alfonso DiCioccio who together founded Riverwalk Bar & Grill on Roosevelt Island in 2009.

Knowing that the location would be ideal as a waterfront café along the East River, this team has developed the perfect summer location for New Yorkers, bringing in highly respected chefs to create Pier NYC’s casual seasonal fare and summery drinks.

The menu is divided between savory Oktoberfest items and seafood-centric fare.
